Please, fill in the paper contact form if you cannot identify yourself to the electronic contact form. You can submit the completed contact form to FINE either via email or by post.

FINE needs a signed form in order to handle your case and obtain information from the opposing service provider. By using the form, you confirm that you have read and accepted how FINE processes your personal data.

If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, choose from the following:

  • Ask your principal to complete and sign the contact form (electronic or paper). There is a section at the end of the form where he can authorize an agent or
  • ask your principal to complete and sign the FINE Authorization Form in which he or she will authorize you to handle the matter. Fill out the contact form (electronic or paper) and attach the FINE Authorization Form completed by your principal. Be sure to also provide your principal the information about processing of personal data in FINE.

If you are handling the matter on behalf of another person or entity, ask your principal to complete and sign the FINE Authorisation form. There is a section on the form where he can authorise an agent. Be sure to also provide your principal with a description of FINE's processing of personal information.

Alternatively, the principal may complete the contact form (electronic or paper) and authorise the agent using the contact form.

You can submit the completed contact form to FINE in the followeing ways:

  • Attached to secure email. You can send a secure message at: https://securemail.fine.fi/. Select INFO ([email protected]) as the recipient. Attach the signed contact form either as a scanned document or a photo.
  • By identifying to the electronic contact form and attaching the scanned form,
